After a day spent exploring or simply unwinding by the pool, you can relax in the warm evening sunshine with a perfectly chilled drink in hand, while enjoying freshly prepared, flavourful dishes. Based on the excellent feedback from guests on Luke’s wood-fired BBQs, these now feature highly on our menus. On the other evenings, we offer sharing platters which provide a great opportunity to sample a number of delicious dishes. BBQs are served with a fresh salad and either potatoes or couscous. This is followed by a dessert such as ice cream, lemon posset or a mousse. Sharing platters include a range of dishes such as local cheeses, meats, quiche, humous, olives and a small salad with fresh bread. Finish off with some fresh fruit and a homemade yoghurt. — At dinner, enjoy wood-fired BBQ’s and sharing platters
